LIVE Q & A - The Housing Market is Ice Cold

Home prices and Home Sales are declining while Interest Rates and inflation continue to run wild putting brakes on the Housing Market.  My housing market prediction is that the housing market will continue to slow for the next few months partly due to affordability and partly due to seasonality.  What will 2023 look like for the Housing Market?  Will interest rates reverse course or will they continue to move higher in the face of rising inflation?  Should you but now or wait for house prices to crash?
