I-Buyers or Instant Buyers often get a bad rep
This is because they buy properties undermarket value then sell it for a quick profit.
They will or will not do some improvements to the property.
And this properties sometimes is a problem to the housing market.
the I buyer models a little bit different
they get a bad rap because they come in
and they buy these single family homes
but their motive isn't to hold on to these properties
their motive is to get a house at a discount
because a seller needs to liquidate fast for cash
for whatever reason
they buy it typically under market value
and then they may or may not do some improvements to it
and then they turn around and sell the property
so that property is it a problem
in some markets it was absolutely a problem
